Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–72 hours of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Possible Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other force majuere events. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such factors.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to appear.
